Job Description
To ensure the quality of all incoming chemicals and raw-materials of Soyabean Seed Crushing, Soya Crude Oil Solvent Extraction & Soyabean Oil Refinery Plant process and Rice Bran Crude Oil Extraction and Refinery Plant process.
To perform all test parameters of finished goods especially Refined Soyabean Oil (RSO), Refined Rice Bran Oil (RBO), Soyabean Meal (SBM), De-Oiled Rice Bran (DORB), Flour/Atta, Rice, Dal and Poultry, Cattle & Fish Feed.
To ensure the quality of Water Treatment Plant (W.T.P) RO-Water, Effluent Treatment Plant (E.T.P water) and Broiler water.
To maintain all test reports and instruments calibration file for Good Laboratory Practice and BSTI, ISO, HALAL certification audits.
To ensure the quality assurance for Fortified Soyabean Oil (FSO) as per BDS 1769.
To check “Online QC” for finished goods especially FSO, Flour/Atta, Dal and all feeds.
