Job Description

Talent Centric is looking for Assistant Manager/Manager – Islamic Finance for a renowned Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI).

Job Context:

• The role involves managing and developing Islamic finance products in compliance with Shariah principles.
• The incumbent will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of Islamic finance facilities, conduct product development in the Islamic software and testing and provide training to internal staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• To innovate Islamic finance products commensuration with the needs of Shariah-seeking clients.
• To communicate with the relevant stakeholders for smooth execution of Islamic finance facilities.
• To develop products in software and do User Acceptance Test.
• To develop training module and train the employees.
• To travel across the country to execute Islamic Finance related assignments.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Islamic Finance/Economics/Business Studies

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Bank or Non-Bank Financial Institutions.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the Islamic Finance Field.

Other Requirements:

• Individuals having active engagement with the conversion process of conventional to Islamic Bank/NBFI/Window are highly encouraged to apply.
• Should have an analytical mind, quantitative skill, free handwriting experience and ability.
• Certifications like CSAA, CIPA will get preferences.
