Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for smooth branch functioning.
• Supervise and mentor branch employees to meet performance standards.
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve branch sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare and submit performance and operational reports to senior management.
• Assist in creating and implementing branch growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-3 years of management experience (preferably in education or services).
