Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Research & Development for Cookies, Biscuits, Cakes, and Bakery – Food. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products, improving existing recipes, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food science, with a focus on baked goods. You should be passionate about innovation, have excellent project management skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
