Job Description / Responsibility:

• MIS Reporting
• Incentive calculation and team evaluation.
• Showroom merchandising and inventory management.
• Scheduling and training of junior employees.
• Collaboration with marketing for promotional activities.
• Ensure showroom cleanliness and organization.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration.
• Training on Retail Sales.

Experience Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years in Trading, Electronics, or Furniture.

• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
