Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at Mana Bay in Dhaka. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, assisting the Sales Manager and head of sales in meeting targets, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Team Collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience Requirements:

• At least 8-10 years of experience
• The applicants should have experience in the corporate core sales which is mandatory
