Position: Business Development Trainee

Employment Basis: Full-time
Working Days & Time: 9:30-6:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
Location: Baridhara J Block, Dhaka
Job Responsibility:
- Handle international client communication & conduct sales pitch
- Conduct research for foreign industry analysis
- Maintain client relationships and feedback
- Exceed monthly targets
- Identify potential clients through market research
- Create sales presentations and proposals
- Develop customized solutions for clients
- Maintain client records using CRM software
- Negotiate contracts with clients
- Participate in sales training
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 0-1 years’ experience
- Excellent English skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with social media sourcing
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven and resilient
- Experience with MS Office
