Working Days & Hrs: Sat-Thu (10 am-6 pm)
Job Context: We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our call center team. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Resolve customer issues promptly
