Daosheng Enterprise Development Co. Ltd. is looking for a Call Center Executive to join the team supporting the rapid growth of realme, a leading mobile phone brand.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Handle incoming calls from potential customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate information.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Actively resolve client issues.
• Proficient in Facebook, email, & web chat.
• Report complex problems to team leaders.
• Collaborate with various departments.
• Demonstrate ability to multitask effectively.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience Requirements
