Job Description
Spectra Engineers, in collaboration with a Japanese Consulting Company, is seeking a Chief Architect with 10 years of relevant and 15 years of total experience. The ideal candidate should have a B. Arch. in Architecture, technical expertise in large-scale infrastructure and architectural projects, leadership skills, interior design proficiency, and project supervision abilities. They should excel in building design, steel structures, site implementation, and project management. Key Requirements: Extensive Project Experience: Candidates must demonstrate experience in major infrastructure projects, showcasing expertise in large-scale architectural design and project management. Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, supervise construction work, coordinate with consultants and stakeholders, and oversee projects from design to implementation. Technical and Software Proficiency: Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Lumion. Experienced in preparing 2D layouts, 3D rendering, animation, construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents with an emphasis on quality control and site supervision. Design Innovation & Sustainability: Focus on innovative, eco-friendly design practices and sustainability achievements. Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client relationships, negotiating design elements, and conflict resolution.
