POSITION: Chief Operating Officer – Intimates Wear
LOCATION: Chittagong, Bangladesh
SALARY: 700 USD – 800 USD (negotiable) + accommodation + air tickets
OVERVIEW: The Chief Operating Officer for Intimates Wear will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the manufacturing division dedicated to intimates’ apparel. This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the apparel industry, particularly in the production of intimate wear, to ensure high-quality standards, efficiency, and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and increase efficiency in intimates wear production.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance delivery timelines.
- Analyze market trends to drive product development and enhance competitive advantage.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure production targets and high-quality standards.
- Report operational performance to the executive team.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Manufacturing, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in intimates wear manufacturing.
- Manufacturing general managers are encouraged to apply.
