Job Description
We have partnered with a multinational apparel buying hub and exporter seeking a COO in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The COO will oversee daily operations of the global apparel sourcing business.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing large-scale operations in the apparel industry, driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee company operations for efficiency.
- Develop strategic plans aligning with company goals.
- Optimize supply chain processes for timely delivery and quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational team.

Person specification:
- Minimum 5 years senior operational experience, 3 years in the apparel industry.
