Adency Limited is looking for a skilled Client Service Executive to handle client inquiries and complaints efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Translate client briefs into actionable items
• Engage with clients and internal teams
• Manage brand requirements
• Handle operational job requirements
• Minute meetings and monitor job delivery
• Conduct market research and analyze competition
• Manage financial aspects
• Act as the brand custodian

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Prior experience as a Client Service Executive
