We are looking to hire a community manager for CoSpace operates under PVL. CoSpace is a coworking space that provides fully furnished service office space. It started in 2019 and now has 5 locations in Banani. More details at CoSpace Website.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at Patrons Venture Ltd. (PVL) located in Dhaka. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and engaging with coworking community, creating content, coordinating events, analyzing metrics, and implementing strategies to increase community participation.
Qualifications
- Look for potential leads and assist interested leads to get coworking membership
- Onboard new members and make everything ready as per member needs
- Required skills in Community Management, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
- Event Coordination and Analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, or related field

Salary: 25-30k BDT per month – bi yearly review
