• Strong background in addressing social and labor issues in the garment industry
• Experience in leading social & labor strategies and promoting ethical sourcing practices
• Deep knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Rules & Labor Law
• Skilled in handling labor rights cases and facilitating negotiations
• Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
