Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our Construction department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with proven leadership skills and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as overseeing a team of construction professionals to ensure successful project completion. The Executive Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing departmental goals.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, with at least 7 years of experience in construction project management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
