Job Description

The major purpose of the Contact Center Executive is to handle inbound and outbound calls for the continuing support of the patients. He/ She is accountable for delivering high-quality professional services aligned with the mission, core values, and purposes of Praava Health Ltd.

Key Responsibility Area:

• Obtain patient information for registration, appointment scheduling, and home sample collection.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Manage internal stakeholders.
• Focus on sales leads and CC conversion.
• Ensure service quality improvement and delivery.
• Inform and communicate with patients about Praava’s services.
• Follow up on customer calls when necessary.
• Promote Praava services through marketing communication materials.
• Stay updated on facilities and tariffs to persuade patients to avail diagnostics and medication facilities.
• Liaise tickets for all customer issues and suggestions.

Qualifications:

• Current students, Graduates, or Masters in any discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
