Job Description
- Proven track record in 1st/2nd/3rd level support & troubleshooting, O&M, integration & implementation, E2E KPI analysis & improvement.
- Hands-on implementation experience of UPCC, GGSN, DPI, SGSN, MSS, MGW, HLR, STP, BSS LAN switch & router.
- CDR audit and provide call drop solution for VIP users.
- Vendor SME (3rd level) support experience.
- Hands-on experience in CS, Cloud & SDN implementation & O&M.
- KPI analysis & reporting.
- Responsible for implementing CS, PS, IP, and NFV-i operation.
- Responsible for IMS Core Planning and Deployment.
