Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the local CS team for maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
- Handle CS network KPI performance issue troubleshooting, analysis, and enhancement.
- Create customer (CTIO) reports and presentations, ensure customer satisfaction, and conduct routine customer care actions.
- Communicate technical reports with the operator on network issues, guide issue troubleshooting, and ensure performance improvement.
- Achieve acceptance KPI targets, deliver reports under MS project scope, and provide team training.
- Cooperate in NOC for EMS commissioning and interconnection with NMS.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Huawei CS/IMS networks in large-scale international projects.
- Proficiency in Huawei MSC, MGW, IMS, HLR/VLR product systems.
- Good knowledge of CS KPIs.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
- Loyalty to the position and company with a focus on information security.
