Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing information and assistance.
• Maintain detailed records using the company’s CRM system.
• Meet or exceed set Objective Key Results (OKRs).
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
