• Deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat and email.
• Perform personal clientele analysis and take required actions.
• Handle client inquiries appropriately and provide high-level service.
• Promote available products and services to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

• Contribute to team efforts to achieve targeted results.

Education Requirements: Bachelors/Master’s degree (Any Field)

Must Have:

• Client handling experience in financial services sector is a plus.
• Native Bengali speaker with excellent English skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization.
