Job Description:
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention.
- Provide timely assistance to customer inquiries across various channels.
- Analyze metrics, identify trends, and offer insights for customer success.
- Communicate with stakeholders to implement strategies and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements to better serve customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-focused role.
- Preference given to those with travel industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
