Job Description
Overall Role Purpose:
Provide end to end tracing services to customers, DHL stations, and the network, contributing to organizational goals.
Accountabilities:
– Investigate service incidents
– Respond to tracing enquiries confidently
– Deliver best-in-class customer service
– Identify areas for improvement
– Assist in relevant CS orientation/training
Functional Experience:
– Customer service experience in trace, complaints, and claims handling
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Educational Qualifications:
– Minimum Graduate, BBA preferable
