Brief Job Description:

• Processing orders and ensuring timely service delivery to customers
• Following up with suppliers for timely service procurement
• Addressing customer queries
• Forwarding special communications to teams
• Preparing sales and activity reports
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Skills Needed:

• Fast typing and digital literacy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent communication and proactive attitude
• Work well under pressure
