Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer at Genex Infosys Limited in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
