Job Description
Join G&M’s E-Commerce team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate prioritizes customer satisfaction and delivers exceptional service in all interactions. This is a fully Remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via calls, emails, live chats, and social media
- Guide customers on using products/services according to their needs
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information as a product expert
- Document customer interactions for internal awareness and relationship building
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
- E-commerce experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Own a laptop/computer with camera and 15 Mbps internet speed
