Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager Production located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Deputy General Manager Production will oversee day-to-day production operations, manage production facilities, and ensure efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production management role in the paper manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of production processes, quality control, and operational efficiency
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field
