Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager – HR to lead our HR team with expertise in HR operations and compliance management. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background in HRM, preferably with an LLB degree and training in relevant HR topics.
Requirements:
- Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years
- Proficiency in English preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
- Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll
- Develop and implement HR policies
