About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous professional with a passion for fashion to join our dynamic team as a Development Merchandiser.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed client requirement analysis.
- Collaborate with design and production teams for new styles.
- Analyze raw material costs and optimize sourcing.
- Prepare cost sheets for developments and production orders.
- Ensure compliance with pricing and financial targets.
- Keep abreast of market trends and supplier conditions.
- Negotiate with suppliers for quality and cost.
- Provide cost reduction recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of development team experience.
- Strong fabric, garment, and production knowledge.
