Job Description
About the Role:
The mission of Development QA is to focus on the product during the successive phases of product creation. DQA mainly focuses on the CM process but also provides technical support to secure product specifications for the OTS process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology path – a bridge to manufacturing relevance
- Product construction toolbox – securing design framework
- Support smart design – better & cheaper to manufacture
- Prototyping & dfm2 – anticipate & erase design inconsistencies
- Support to product cost vs product target (proto)
- Support the successive stages of sampling to OK production
- Industrialization to bulk production
- Support during bulk production
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Quality Management, Fashion Design (Garment/Textile), or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Development QA
- Better to handle 2D garment system (Gerber)
- Experience with CLO 3D is preferred for creating size set samples
- Experience with soft goods of hardware is preferred
- Team player with an open-mind and an international way of thinking
- Fluent in English and Bengali
