Job Description
Rupayan Group is looking for a dynamic DGM (Cluster Head) to lead the corporate sales team. Responsibilities include setting KPIs, designing sales plans, and driving sales strategy to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead and monitor the corporate sales team
- Define and communicate business KPIs
- Develop and execute sales strategy
- Identify new sales opportunities and market trends
- Manage customer relationships and competitor activities
Educational Requirements: Masters/MBA in Marketing
Experience: Up to 15 years in Real Estate or Developer sector
