Job Description
Provita Group is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the Feed Mill Plant operations with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and supervise plant operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Oversee repair & maintenance, production planning, and machinery performance.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth operations.
- Develop budgets, ensure safety compliance, and mentor staff.
- Qualifications: BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in Agro-based firms.
- Additional Requirement: 5 years as Plant In-charge in a reputed Feed Mill.
Location: Chattogram (Sitakunda), Mymensingh (Bhaluka)
