Job Summary:
MiraiLit Limited is seeking a proactive E-Commerce Customer Support Representative to assist customers with order questions and inquiries on our e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- WooCommerce/CRM Order Management
- Customer Communication
- Social Media Management
- E-commerce Experience
- Complaint Management
Education: Bachelors in any Discipline
Workplace: MiraiLit Limited, 102/B, Chowdhuripara, Malibagh, Dhaka
Working Days: Weekly 5 days, Weekend Friday and Saturday (Rosters may be required)
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: 15,00-25,00 BDT per month (Negotiable based on experience & skills)
Festival Bonus: 2 yearly bonuses
