Job Description
GLOBAL INFORMATICS LTD. is seeking a skilled Engineer to handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices and server solutions. Responsibilities include providing product demonstrations, responding to support calls, and managing CRM information. Educational requirements include a Diploma in Engineering or BSc in relevant fields. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in IT Enabled Services or Computer Hardware/Network Companies. Additional requirements include knowledge of computer networking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work 24×7 if needed. Salary: Tk. 300 – 500 (Monthly).
