Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Manage payables through banking channels and mobile financial systems.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Monitor and review accounting entries to ensure adherence to accounting standards and policies.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in accounting records.
- Compile and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as per IAS with documentation.
- Collaborate with external auditors, provide necessary documentation, calculation, and other support during audit engagements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with tax consultants or authorities as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
