Job Description
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Plan, administer, and monitor all activities of company’s Procurement and asset management.
- Ensure timely repair & maintenance, in-house event management, and documentation maintenance.
- Prepare reports, maintain stock register, and ensure timely store equipment delivery.
- Monitor office equipment functionality and project security; supervise office transport management.
- Maintain project visit schedule and ensure visitor satisfaction.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Science (BSc), Commerce (Pass), or Business Studies (BBS).
Experience Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in related field.
