Job Description

1. Prepare reports on overall business performance – Sales, Production, Orders, Supply & Stock.

2. Analyze sales trends, supply chain, and stock aging for strategic decision-making.

3. Record and publish meeting minutes, ensure follow-up with relevant departments.

4. Utilize SAP software to manage orders for raw materials, CKD kits, and CBU and generate quotations.

5. Create reports using methodologies like PDCA, 5W2H, and root cause analysis.

6. Communicate extensively with internal teams and external partners.

7. Perform additional tasks as needed to support organizational goals.
