Role Description
Performance Management:
- Assess competency mismatches and skill gaps.
- Design and implement performance appraisal processes.
- Evaluate new hires and conduct performance reviews.
- Facilitate review meetings between managers and employees.
Employee Engagement and Well-being:
- Organize employee events to boost engagement.
- Solicit feedback to gauge satisfaction and address concerns.
- Develop wellness initiatives for employee well-being.
Reporting:
Provide daily reports, assessment for new hires, and performance review reports.
