Role Description

• Assess competency mismatches and skill gaps among employees.
• Design and implement performance appraisal processes.
• Evaluate new hires and conduct performance reviews.
• Facilitate performance review meetings between managers and employees.
• Plan employee events to boost engagement and morale.
• Solicit feedback to improve workplace culture.
• Implement wellness initiatives for employee well-being.
• Provide daily activity reports and generate performance review reports.
• Conduct assessments for new hires and probation-to-confirmation reviews.
