Job Context:
We are searching for a sharp and energetic individual to handle procurement activities at our office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect quotations from vendors and suppliers.
- Source and procure accessories.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain communication with departments for requisitions and goods delivery.
- Develop new vendor relationships.
- Negotiate with vendors, prepare comparison statements, and seek management approval.
