Job Description

Kerry Far East Logistics (BD) Ltd. is seeking an Executive, Sea Import (International Freight Forwarding, CS) to join our team in Chattogram. The role involves managing Sea Import Shipments, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle RFQs, bookings, approvals, and arrivals.
• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and authorities.
• Maintain shipment records and prepare reports.
• Resolve issues and discrepancies.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years in sea import operations or customer service in the Freight Forwarding industry.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
