Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management).

Experience: At least 2 years

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, specifically in sea import operations or customer service.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Sea Import team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating Sea Import Shipments, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating communication with clients and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling RFQs, bookings, schedules, approvals, departures, connections, and arrivals.
• Coordinating with clients, overseas agents, shipping lines, and relevant authorities.
• Maintaining records of shipments and preparing reports.
• Resolving issues or discrepancies.
