Job Description

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA/BBA in Finance/Accounting from a reputed university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Tax & VAT related role.

Key Deliverables:

• Managing Day to Day VAT operation Through SAP & EVAT Software.
• Monthly VAT Return preparation & submission.
• Input-Output Coefficient preparation & submission.
• Confirm the TDS & VAT Rate on Voucher posting level.
• Deposit withholding Tax & VAT to Government Exchequer.
• Issue certificate of Tax & VAT deducted at source as per law.
• Submission of withholding Tax Return as per law.
• Co-ordination and liaison with Tax & VAT Authorities frequently.
• Joining Negotiation meeting with Vendor to ensure proper TAX & VAT Compliance.
• Provide periodical training to all stakeholders to enlighten them on TAX & VAT compliance.
• Frequently Visit Factory, VAT & Tax Offices, Sales Offices, and Distributor Houses for ensuring Ad-hoc taxation requirements.
• Strong command of Tax, VAT & Customs Laws.
• Explore the operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence of MBL Governing Policy.
• Other related responsibilities related to the taxation role.

• Reports to: Head – Taxation & Treasury
