Job Description

Overall Role Purpose:

Responsible for revenue generated from a geographically assigned sales territory by servicing existing customers and targeting new business opportunities.

Main Accountabilities:

• Achieve sales targets by promoting DHL products and services to existing and potential customers
• Maintain business relations and coordinate with internal departments for excellent customer service
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and provide necessary information for management
• Regularly meet with Marketing and Sales management to evaluate sales strategy
• Build strong client relationships to maximize account potential and minimize attrition rate

Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years’ sales experience in service industry with customer acquisition and account management
• Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Language Requirements: English-Fluent, Local language proficiency where applicable
