Job Description

Are you ready to lead a dynamic finance operations team in one of Bangladesh’s leading fintech platforms? We’re looking for an Assistant Manager, Finance Operations to drive excellence in merchant reconciliation, payment settlement, and financial operations at Sheba Platform Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee merchant reconciliation, payment settlement, and refund processes.
• Manage daily reconciliation for Add Money (Bank, Card & MFS) and Credit Card/Utility Bill payments.
• Lead dispute management and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare financial reports, manage compliance, and drive ad-hoc projects.
• Monitor TCSA & E-Money reconciliation and manage cashback campaigns.
• Support strategic financial planning and drive financial performance improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance (BBA), MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in MFS, fintech, PG, or IT industry.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
