Job Description
1. Network monitoring & service desk function support.
2. Follow all the NOC processes and required regulations.
3. Communicate any fault events in line with the departmental and company-wide escalation procedure.
4. Detecting potential trends and liaising with problem management where applicable.
5. Initial customer support and incident classification & tracking of all open TT.
6. Directing all parts to achieve the contractual SLAs & KPIs.
7. Follow all the NOC processes and required regulations.
