Job Description

Location: Hybrid (Remote and On-Site)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Food Engineer with expertise in food preservation and sterilization to join our dynamic team at Petfidoo. The ideal candidate will focus on extending food shelf life using advanced/manual preservation techniques in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for extending food shelf life.
• Apply knowledge of food preservatives and sterilization to ensure product safety and quality.
• Conduct research to identify effective food preservation methods.
• Analyze data to improve processes and develop new preservation methods.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Provide guidance on packaging and storage solutions for product freshness.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food preservation, sterilization, and shelf life extension.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in both remote and on-site settings.

Preferred Qualifications:
