Job Description
Qi Mind is seeking a Freelance Leadership Trainer for a Client’s Training Project in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The trainer will conduct a full-day session on “The Leader as a Coach” for mid-level managers.
Client’s Requirements:
- Must be fluent in professional English and Bengali
- Minimum 5 years of leadership coaching or training experience
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience
- Proven track record in training global audiences
Certification: The selected trainer will receive certification for a digital coaching simulation as part of the workshop.
