Role Description

This full-time on-site role requires a Front Desk Receptionist who will handle phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service at Jubilation. Work hours: 10.30am-8.30pm.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Office Skills
• Knowledge of classic menswear
• Strong English and Bangla Spoken Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous customer-facing role experience is a plus
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree
