Job Description
Monitors network/service alarms (24×7), receives complaints from the hotline or customers.
Analyzes alarms or complaints, dispatches tickets, and tracks/updates the progress of incident and problem tickets until they are closed.
Communicates any fault events to related parties and escalates incidents/problems to stakeholders per NOC classification.
Manages and directs all parties to achieve contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Responsible for preparing various reports on outages and performance.
